We spent our Christmas holiday in a hotel that had the biggest windows and views we've ever seen! The room was spacious, and the beds where really good! We also enjoyed the tasty breakfast that they offered, which was excellent for starting the day. The hotel was located in a really convenient area, near to many attractive places to visit in Gyeongju. Besides visiting the historical places, we had so much fun at the kids' playroom and kids' cafe.

Though it was a nice hotel, the ACs were dirty and did not work properly, causing us a little discomfort at night. The windows did not open properly, so the smell from the kitchen and the noise of the parking area disturbed us a bit, but it was not a major problem. Nonetheless, it would be great if the hotel can put a little bit more effort into keeping the building updated.

Spacious room, great for families. Wonderful kids room with mats and rabbits. Convenient location near Bunny Bear museum and Bird Park. Good view and location. Spacious family room with futon mattresses. Spa, playground, and BBQ area were great.

Was all great.

I loved the friendly staff who let us check in early due to my parents' age. The kids' room was fantastic, and my little ones couldn't get enough of the mats, rabbits, and kids cafe. Also, the view from the sixth floor was breathtaking, and the room was spacious with great beds. this hotel had excellent facilities, and the location was convenient for touristy things.

Nothing negative to say.

The hotel is conveniently located near several tourist attractions, such as a museum and a bird park. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, allowing for an early check-in for our elderly family members. the family rooms were spacious and well-furnished with comfortable futon mattresses.

Some of the amenities were outdated and in need of maintenance, such as the air conditioning units that were dirty and emitted unpleasant smells.

Great value for money! the kids' playroom was a hit with our little ones who had a blast rolling around on the mats. the location was perfect for exploring nearby tourist attractions. the room was spacious and had a pretty good view.

The room was too hot and it wasn't possible to control the heating or AC from our room, we had to ask the front desk to adjust it. the hotel didn't provide full-size towels, only small hand towel size, which was inconvenient.
